I decided to revisit one of my favourite subjects: angelic forms; but this time, incorporating knife work. Hopefully, the approach creates a bolder, more abstract but emotive portrayal in Brazen. The inspiration came from Escape, which I completed in 2008, and Cherub in 2015.
